How to write a UK CV
Keep it to one or two pages. Put your name, phone, email and the city you live in at the top. You do not need a photo, your date of birth, your marital status, or your nationality.
List the most recent job first. For each job, write the employer, the country, the dates, and three or four things you did. Use numbers if you have them: how many people, how many rooms, which machines.
Add qualifications with the country they come from. If you have an English test score, include it. List languages and say how well you speak English: beginner, intermediate, advanced or fluent. Honest is better than fluent if you still need time in meetings.
A UK CV is usually not the same document as a European CV with a photo. Save it as PDF. Name the file with your name. Check the phone number works in the UK.
inthire stores the file so the owner can read it. It is not put on a public page.
