inthire collects what you type into a form: your name, contact details, work history, languages, a CV if you attach one, and the job you want or the job you are hiring for. We use it to reply and to suggest a match. We do not sell it.

The legal basis is your consent, which the candidate and employer forms ask for, and the steps needed to answer you. Registration does not guarantee employment.

CVs stay in the inthire database. They are not shown on a public page. Only the signed-in owner can open a file. A public job listing shows the employer name, not a candidate's CV.

You can ask for a copy or for deletion on the Delete my datapage. If you registered on this device, you can also delete the profile yourself from Jobs picked for you. The owner can erase the same records from the dashboard, including the CV file.

inthire AI reads a CV only to draft a profile you can correct, suggests open vacancies, and writes a short summary for the dashboard. It does not decide who is hired, does not invent jobs, and does not use nationality, race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability or age as a reason to put someone forward or leave them out.

A cookie on this device remembers that you accepted the notice. The owner dashboard uses a login cookie. Details are on the Cookiespage.

We do not give immigration advice. Do not send passport images unless we have asked for a specific document about a real vacancy.
